Fringe Benefit Services, Inc. (FBS) was incorporated in Colorado in 1972 expressly to serve employee benefit plans. In 1996, the Company began serving clients in Arizona and on April 1, 1999, its wholly owned subsidiary, Professional Benefit Services, Inc. (PBS) was incorporated to provide a full-service office in Phoenix, Arizona. We provide a full range of administrative and claims processing services for public and corporate clients as well as for Taft-Hartley medical, dental, pension, vacation, apprenticeship, and industry promotion programs. We process more than $80 million in annual benefits for more than 40,000 employees.
