First time users will need to register

1. For the ID site, click on the arrow and choose PROD1
2. Your group ID# is APT for Active members
2. Your group ID# is APTR for Retired members
3. You will need to enter the member’s social security number
4. You will need to enter the member’s date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy) format

You are now ready to register and access your health plan information, submit enrollment information, print Explanation of Benefits forms and select any of the other features listed—24 hours a day, seven days a week.
